James Flynn, who performed to sell-out audiences as Sinatra in ‘Singin’ Sinatra’ with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra is joined by his dynamic seven piece Fly Little Big Band.

James mixes story telling and music perfectly in this wonderfully crafted performance.

Nat King Cole was probably one of the greatest musician singers of the last century. His popularity as a vocalist still remains strong today over 40  years after his early demise. In a celebration of his music we are reminded how large a talent Cole really was. On an evening that mixes anecdote and melody the audience are taken on an journey through the life and music of Nat King Cole.

Vocalist James Flynn, has toured the production in the UK, Spain, Queensland and throughout regional Western Australia to fantastic reviews. Featuring such classic hits as ‘Errand boy for rhythm’, ‘Unforgettable’, ‘Sweet Lorraine’, ‘Straighten and fly right’, ‘Route 66’, ‘Paper Moon’, ‘Too Young’ & ‘The Very thought of you’.

In this production James performs with a Jazz Trio consisting of Piano, Bass & Guitar or Drums.

“THAT’S AMORE” – A tribute to Dean Martin

Dean Martin was less an entertainer than an icon, the eternal essence of cool. A member of the legendary “ Rat Pack” he lived and died the high life of booze, broads and bright lights. Flynn manages to capture the magic and humour of the great entertainer through his wonderful legacy of recordings that include such classics as Mambo Italiano, Ain’t that a kick in the head, Sway, Everybody loves somebody and That’s amore. Featuring James and his seven piece, Fly little big band.

Flynn provides another top shelf performance as he takes you on a journey, glass firmly in hand, through the glorious excess of a world long gone, a world without rules or consequences.

“BEYOND THE SEA” – An evening with Bobby Darin

Bobby Darin was probably the greatest night club entertainer of all time. He was alone in his generation with the Rat Pack 10 years ahead of him but he had an extraordinary talent. He could do everything Sinatra could – and more.

This concert captures Darin at the finger-snapping peak of his night club alchemy. Performing such hits as ‘Mack the Knife’, ‘Beyond the sea’, ’’Hello young lovers’, ‘More’, ‘Hello, Dolly’, ‘As long as I’m singing’ and many more…

Flynn James is joined by an outstanding line-up of first class musicians to form his seven piece, Fly little big band in a show that swings like never before.

All productions are scripted and music has been professionally arranged. Productions can be performed in both a theatre, festival or cabaret setting. Running times and performances can be tailored to suit, with 90 minutes of material available.
